Pursuant to Article 3 of the Statement on the establishment of the Public Service Provider - Škovacin Ltd. (Official Journal of Šibenik – Knin County, No. 3/06), Ante Baus, the Director of the Management board, declares
The Decision on exemption from payment of parking fee for motor vehicles in the Municipality of Rogoznica of displaced persons from the Republic of Ukraine who have been granted temporary protection (asylum) in the territory of the Republic of Croatia (hereinafter called “the Decision”)
Article 1
This Decision in particular determines the manner in which charged public car parks are used by displaced persons from the Republic of Ukraine and their family members, who have, due to the security situation, fled Ukraine shortly before February 24, 2022, considering the ongoing armed conflict are unable to return to their country and are provided with temporary protection - asylum, as well as access to all rights arising from this status, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on International and Temporary Protection of displaced persons (Official Gazette 70/2015, Amended: Official Gazette 127/2017).
Article 2
The manager of regulated charged public car parks in the municipality of Rogoznica allows to persons whose status is confirmed in the manner described in Article 1 of this Decision to use car parks pertaining to zone 2 free of charge until the end of collection in the same calendar year.
Upon presenting a Ukrainian passport, an identity card or a stay permit in the Republic of Croatia, Ukrainian citizens have the right to prove their temporary protected status and, by presenting a vehicle license, submit the registration number of the motor vehicle used, in person, during office hours at Škovacin Ltd. headquarters, Obala kneza Domagoja 54, Rogoznica.
Article 3
This decision shall enter into force on the day of its adoption, and Škovacin Parking Services shall be responsible for its implementation and the records of vehicles which are permitted to park free of charge.
